Multi-object Spectroscopy for Statistical Measures of Galaxy Evolution

SED Fitting Unconference Session

This website contains resources for the Statistical Tools and Spectral Energy Distribution Fitting unconference session being run as part of Multi-object Spectroscopy for Statistical Measures of Galaxy Evolution conference.

The session is being run by Adam Carnall and Kartheik Iyer, and will be illustrated with examples using our Bagpipes and Dense Basis spectral fitting codes. We aim to provide exercises and discussions that will be of interest to everyone, from complete novices to experienced spectral fitting code users and developers.

The session will run on Bluejeans, with accompanying discussion on the conference Slack channel. Exercises will be available via Google Colab, which only requires a Google account. Please take a look at the setting up page for more information.
